When Ananna runs away from her arranged marriage with Tarrin, she is chased by an assassin named Naji. He doesn't do a very good job at it and Ananna ends up saving his life instead, triggering a curse that binds them together. Now they have to find a way to dissolve the curse by doing 3 impossible tasks. Will they make it? I don't know. Read the second book to find out.
I liked it. I liked it a lot.
It's just that I couldn't stop laughing because her name is Ananna...hehe
OK, OK back to more serious matters.
Naji, Naji, Naji, you incompetent ass assassin.
You had ONE job.
But putting that aside, it was a very enjoyable book filled with action and interesting characters. Ananna was so kick-ass compared to Naji that was like unconscious during half of the book. I felt like she was protecting him more than the other way around. I was sucked in from the beginning until the end. the writing was pretty fluid. It was a complete page-turner for me. It was a fun book. I liked it.
